COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PRACTICE GROUP

The Commercial Real Estate Practice Group represents international, national and regional developers, investors, owners and contractors in a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions; development, including feasibility analysis and entitlements; title, including title curative work, financing, construction, management, marketing and sales of raw land; and income-producing properties, including office, retail, multi-family and industrial developments. Eric Visser, and Alan Cohen have proven track records by devising and implementing strategies in complex multi-faceted transactions in accordance with their clients' needs and objectives. As a service ancillary to its practice, the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group represents and counsels its clients in dispute resolution and litigation.
